Servitization Live follows on from last year's World Servitization Convention, bringing together global business leaders who are looking to adopt servitization within their organisations. Servitization Live is hosted by the Advanced Services Group at Aston Business School - recognised international leaders of research and practice on servitization.
Servitization Live will provide a platform for business executives and manufacturers from around the globe to see, hear and debate the latest advances and practices in servitization, including the business models, digital technologies, organisational and societal innovations that are coming together to accelerate service transformation.
Servitization Live will be delivered in person at the ICC Birmingham and live-streamed virtually, so that manufacturers and business executives around the globe can join us. At the heart of the conference is an exhibition bringing Servitization to life. These demonstrations of Servitization in action, as well as debate about the compelling arguments and process of servitization will be live streamed.

The Format
A HYBRID BUSINESS EVENT
Servitization Live is a hybrid, blended business event, dedicated to servitization and advanced services. Our programme will be delivered in person at the ICC Birmingham and livestreamed online over three days , so a maximum number of manufacturers and service-innovating companies can join us from all over the world.
